Rollingwood
Rollingwood is near Loop 360 on the west side of Down Town Austin. It was founded and developed by George B. Hatley in 1955. With Zilker Park, which holds the Barton Springs Pool, Zilker Botanical Garden, soccer fields and a disc-golf course, located on the opposite side of Mopac, you should always be able to be active and enjoy the outdoors.
Since it is so close to Mopac, it is practically on the doorstep of central Austin, but without the hectic inner-city feel. Located close to most necessary amenities such as the airport, hospitals, grocery stores and restaurants; this community is a fantastic place for retiring couples who want a relaxing lifestyle or growing families.
