Oak Hill
Oak Hill is located on the southwest edge of Austin. The area has the privilege of being close to central Austin and still be located close to both Lake Travis and several recreational facilities. With a great public school and ACC (Austin Community College) in the neighborhood, Oak Hill is a perfect step stone for the rest of your child’s career and life.
Oak Hill, like many other communities around Austin, started as a post office. Year 1900 the area was renamed from Oatmanville to Oak Hill and has stayed so since.
With a local hospital in the community and only minutes from both the airport and down town, Oak Hill remains a popular neighborhood to live in.
