East of I-35

East of I-35 is a good area in Austin for investments. This part is very close to Down Town and is filled with small restaurants and shops. Earlier this year, Austin City decided to try to restore the area. This will be a great chance for the areas value to appreciate.

 

Since it is walking distance to the central part of Down Town, you are close to most pubs and night clubs. Austin features live music every day and living this central, you should have an event to attend at any time. Zilker Park, which holds the Barton Springs Pool, Zilker Botanical Garden, soccer fields and a disc-golf course, is located only minutes away.

 

With hospitals, shopping malls, grocery stores and several parks close by, East of I-35 is a wonderful and interesting area to live in.
